We’re excited to announce that D1 Speed & Agility training begins next week, giving our players a great opportunity to build athleticism and prepare for the season ahead.
Our first session will be Thursday, 2/5, from 6:00–7:00 PM, and training will continue every Thursday, wrapping up on Thursday, 3/5.
Each session will focus on a well-rounded approach to player development, including:

Strength training

Plyometrics

Core strength & mobility

Arm care and flexibility
This program is designed to help players move better, get stronger, and reduce injury risk while continuing to develop skills needed to compete at the next level.
Important reminder: Please plan to arrive around 5:45 PM for the first session, as a waiver will need to be completed for your player before training begins.
